Free Yoga classes at Velachery

Free Yoga classes will be conducted by Sannyasi Krishnayogam for three weeks from 5:30 am to 7:00 am.

The classes are absolutely free and will be conducted in a spiritual atmosphere in adherence to the Bihar School of yoga curriculum. The curriculum includes not just asanas and pranayama, but also meditation, mantra, pratyahara (sense withdrawal) and dharana (concentration) techniques, food habits and education on the human anatomy.

The centre also conducts corporate classes for stress management.

The classes will be held at Nithya Deepa Dharuma Chalai, #7/8, Putherikarai Street (near Dhandeeswaran Temple). Limited seats available. Contact 94442 40383/ 94450 5105 or [email protected]
